Why there is "Kako si?"
"Kako si?" started from one very simple question. A question we ask almost every day, yet we rarely stop to really hear the answer.
When I started the podcast the idea was simple - I wanted to sit down with different people and talk about things we maybe do not talk about enough. About mental health, relationships, sport, work, family, fears, wins and failures.
After more than 100 conversations, I think that is still what I find most interesting about "Kako si?". I never know where the conversation will take us. Sometimes there is a psychologist in front of me, sometimes an athlete, an entrepreneur or a musician. And very often the most interesting part is something we never planned to open up. And maybe that is exactly what I want "Kako si?" to stay — a place where we can speak a little more honestly about how we really are.
It still surprises me how many different people go through very similar things.
From psychologists and athletes to musicians, entrepreneurs and people with a story worth hearing.
No matter who sits across from me, the conversation always starts with: "What does mental health mean to you?"
